Program Promotion Guide
The most important thing you can do is develop an effective program promotion plan that you can implement to maximize overall success. To make it simple to administer this program, we've developed this guide based on best practices from previous programs.
Employee Memo
We see great success when a program administrator sends out a personal email to their employee base explaining to them what the program is and what to expect. Here you will find pre-made content that you can use to email your employees to announce the program internally.
Elevate Wisconsin Logos & Graphics
Here you'll find a variety of Elevate Wisconsin Logos in different colors and product images for usage in your program promotional materials. Select the logo color you wish to use for designing email campaigns, marketing collateral, flyers, PowerPoints, etc.
Promotional Flyers & Infographics
Sharing digital graphics and flyers or posting posters around the office provides your employees additional visibility about the program. Here you'll find four flyers you can print out and post in common shared spaces or bulletins. You can also share these different flyers and infographics through social media, an internal intranet, or email.
Plug n' Play Email Content
We encourage you to send communications to your employees via email and post through other digital channels. We've provided "plug n play" content for the emails so you can invite and remind participants to engage in the program.
Social Media Examples
Social Media is a great way to promote the program. We've provided content you can use to promote the program to your employees. If your organization uses an internal Intranet or communication system, we encourage you to post these messages to maximize engagement.
Platform Branding Submission
Please submit your company logo and primary and secondary brand colors in the following form.
