Measuring and tracking the impact of financial well-being for employees is crucial to the overall strategy for credit union members. Sarah Campagna, vice president of financial wellness at Summit Credit Union, discusses how she works with Financial Fitness Group to implement a financial wellness program for her employees and community members.
